It is not advice, it isn't tailored to your situation, and reading it doesn't create any professional relationship. Tax rules carry exceptions, transitional provisions and personal-circumstance tests that no reference page can resolve for you. Before relying on a figure — filing a return, setting a company policy, disputing a reimbursement — confirm it against the official source linked on the page, or ask a credentialed professional (CPA or EA in the US, a chartered/certified accountant or tax adviser in the UK, a CPA in Canada, a registered tax agent in Australia).
Accuracy, errors and corrections
We verify every rate against the primary government document and stamp each page with its last-verified date. Governments occasionally change rates mid-year — the UK did exactly that in May 2026, retroactively — so a page can be accurate when checked and outdated a week later. If you spot an error, email corrections@mileagerates.com; confirmed errors are fixed with a visible correction note, not a silent edit. This site displays advertising served by Google AdSense. Ad placements are selected by Google's systems, not by us, and an ad's appearance here is not our endorsement of the advertiser.
